The purpose of the Merit Program is to be able to measure the performance of units as they work towards to the mission and goals of the American Legion Auxiliary. Units are scored on various metrics and are rewarded for accomplishing specific goals set by the Merit Program Chairman and ALA leadership.

All "Program Engagement Plans" can be found under the Forms and Files tab. Once there, click on the the "Program Engagement Plan" directory, search for the specific program of interest in the directory, and click to open.
