is to support The American Legion and to honor the sacrifice of those

who serve by enhancing the lives of our veterans, educate our citizens,

mentor youth and promote patriotism, good citizenship, peace and security.

National Appointment Application

ALA National Vice President Diane Duscheck is seeking applications from motivated Auxiliary members insterested in being appointed to national committee positions during the 2017-2018 ALA administrative year.  You need not have served at the department level before holding a position on a national committee; unit-level members are encourage to apply!  Members with strong professional backgrounds that relate to ALA volunteer programs should apply.  Help steer us toward our centennial!  Deadline to apply is Feb. 1, 2017.
